July Morning - Uriah Heep

British Hard Rock에 있어 전설로 불리는
Uriah Heep은 Deep Purple과 함께

Keyboard음이 두드러지는 그룹이다.

Group 의 이름은 Charles Dickens의 소설
David Copperfield에 등장하는 인물에서
따왔다고 한다.

 

영국 런던에서 70년에 창단되어

현재까지 유지되는 장수 Band이지만
지금까지 30명 이상의 member가 거쳐갈 정도로
무수한 member의 교체가 있어
처음과는 아주 많이 달라져 있다.

 

 

70년, Debut 엘범인 Very'eavy, Very 'umble를 발매하고
두번째 앨범인 Salisbury는 26인조 Orchestra와 함께

녹음한 16분짜리 같은 이름의 대곡을 수록하고 있다.

July Morning은 Uriah Heep의 최고의 명곡으로 불리고 있다.

발표 후 30년이 흘렀지만 아직도 사랑을 받고있다.
